We were seated within an hour on a busy day. The atmosphere is great and very cozy. They have a great selection of sushi. I recommend the junkyard roll. The parmesan garlic fries with BBQ aioli sauce are super tasty. We tried the downtown chicken and the blackened salmon. You'll be hard pressed to find better quality food at a more affordable price.

We have been here numerous times and everytime the food has been spot on. In my opinion they have hands down some of the best sushi in NE Tennessee and SW Virginia. The restaurant is always clean as are the restrooms. The wait staff are very friendly and attentive.

Excellent apps, burgers, and sushi! The service is usually pretty great.
8.5/10 for the Drunken Goat burger, a personal fav. For apps, the tuna tower is amazing but eats like an entree.
For an unusual roll, try out the Big Orange roll!

One of the best in town!! Berthony and Pride ( not sure about the spelling) are the best bartender in the house, always welcome, offered some of their combined drinks. Also have my favorite wine: Meoimi...

The service and food was amazing! I went with the stir fry roll, chicken fried rice and a liquid marijuana…delicious!

Sat at the bar and enjoyed cocktails and sushi. Quick and friendly service, even on a busy Saturday evening. The Blackberry Bourbon Mule is worth going back for!

Let me start off by saying I tend to avoid fusion restaurants, however, I was pleasantly surprised at 620 State Street. Overall, I had a great experience. I had an amazing server that was well versed on the menu and what she liked. The drinks were delicious, The Mumford and 620 Street Stumble. Yellowtail Crudo was tasty, but the thickness of slices made me feel as if it were the uneven leftover pieces from other dishes. The soups, Hot & Sour and Tom Kha, were good but lacked a “fresh” taste. The Cowboy burger was well proportioned, but lacked added moisture to consume with ease. I ordered a rare burger but received a medium burger, not a super big deal, but once you add up the components can be problematic. Dry products: bun, crispy bacon, crispy onions, medium burger. Personally, it lacked adequate bbq aioli upon initial service to be a great burger.
