Mcdonald's

The order is wrong most of the time. The employees are not that friendly as they have been trained to get the food out super quick and move on. That can be done in a much nicer way as I have been an assistant manager of Wendy's in previous years and you want to always be friendly. Sometimes I get cold fries but mostly something is always wrong about my other. I don't care much for this place and when I do visit it is only because one of my children want to eat there.

Employees don’t know how to count. McDoubles have 2 patties, not one. If you can’t do a high school dropout job, you don’t deserve a livable wage. Federal minimum is 7.25 and that’s what you should be paid. From now on, I’ll back up drive through to thoroughly check my order and wait till they figure it out.

This is what you get after waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes. The fries will go to the dog. Although I don't feel like old cold fries are really a treat. Oh and where did the rest of the burger go? I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. The sauce in the box had already turned color too which is disgusting.

Never have I ever been treated the way we was at the window today. First and for most if your hands are going to be in a register learn how to count. You handed us 52 cent back on our first order so on the second order you give us the total and we added 2 dimes to the 52 cent which makes??????? 72 cents you shorted us money and the way you treated us about it was ridiculous 20 cents is 20 cents. But the point is the way we was treated. Get it together McDonald's. Thanks for screwing a customer over with money and having horrible employees.

If I could give this McDonald’s a negative rating, I would. The employees are beyond rude, including managers. I don’t care what time of day you come here, the drive thru line is to the road. I am very understanding of the staffing shortage and try to extend Grace to everyone I speak to here but when the employees who DO show up are standing around laughing, talking in fake accents and straight up ignoring you waiting to have your order taken, its very hard to be understanding. Unfortunately this McDonald’s is the closest to my house but with how long it takes for you to get to the speaker, get your order taken, pay and actually get your food, I could have driven the extra 8 miles and been done sooner.

This happened today on 6/10/22 At McDonald's on volunteer parkway at 527 pm. Bristol tn. I ordered a ice-cream and this young stupid girl that was working the second window tried to give me a melted ice cream cone. Lol lol. I said I wanted another one due to being melted. She was extremely rude and hateful about having to do that. Very poor customer service!!!!! Hire people thst are nice!!!!!
