Mellow Mushroom Bristol

The pizza was great. With 3 beers and a large pizza, I didn’t really see a $65 value, but it is what it is. Everything was good. Unfortunately they no longer have my favorite pizza: the baked potato pizza. Nor do they have the Louisiana Bourbon Barrel Aged Ale on tap anymore, so that was disappointing since that was the only reason we came back. Good place if you are willing to spend more on a pizza.

This place makes the best pizza. I’ve been to quite a few other Mellow Mushrooms but this one is my favorite. Our waitress Taylor was very nice and attentive. We ordered the tie dye vegan pizza even though it’s no longer on the menu they prepared it. The crust was delicious and the tempeh on it is the best I’ve had. We’ll definitely be back here.

My husband and I always love Mellow Mushroom, so when we were traveling through Bristol, we decided to stop. The pizza was good, but the service wasn’t great. We ordered an appetizer and probably waited around 20-25 minutes for that. We went around 1:30 and the place wasn’t busy at all. The waitress was nice but not very attentive. The pizza took another 20-25 minutes after the appetizer came out. Good food, but don’t expect to be in and out quickly! I’m glad the Mellow Mushroom where we live is much better!

My new #1 spot in the Bristol area! This place is absolutely awesome! The pizza was the best I've had in years, cheese sticks and wings were great and the cocktails were amazing. It is a little more expensive than most pizza places but is so much worth the few extra bucks for the atmosphere, the fun and friendly staff, and definitely the best pizza in the area.

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I don't often see a packed house. However I was in the mood for pizza. Good pizza was my wife's only stipulation when I asked if she was in the mood for pizza. We had the pretzel bites and beer cheese. Followed by the chicken Q pizza. The pretzel bites were just as described. Warm and lightly crispy like the best kind of pretzel. The pizza was out of this world. I was a little reluctant to order the chicken Q pizza. We added pineapple and feta cheese and there's no way to go wrong with that combination. The thin crust was perfect and was not wasted. I don't usually eat the bones of the crust. But these left over pizza handles weren't bones. They were a continuation of goodness that was buttery and crisp. Just complete perfection. Love the atmosphere. Mellow mushroom still never disappoints. Even in a new state and city. Love this place. Wanted to mention our servers name she was apparently running the front end that day. She is the bartender, receptionist, server and hostess. I'm ashamed for not remembering her name. Next time...
