Wendy's

I ordered the apple pecan salad, it's my favorite and I've been craving one for months now. I asked for no blue cheese and extra pecans, paid for it and went home to enjoy it. When I opened it I thought it looked different but it's been a long time since I've had one. Even though I ordered extra pecans I received only 1 package, but the apples and craisins were also missing. Then I found a huge wad of shaved parmesan cheese. That's when I called Wendy's to see if I could exchange what I got for what I ordered. This should actually be a 10 star review for the manager and how she went out of her way to make sure that I left there as a happy customer who will be returning again and again. I didn't get her name but if she's reading this she knows who she is and she did herself and Wendy's proud today. Good job! Thanks again for the best salad I have ever eaten!

Listen, I love there Breakfast over anybody's breakfast I always get a sausage & cheese cresant, medium potatoe wedges, & a mango lemonade and this is all the bomb... & Of course there nuggets are pretty good always fresh. Now there fries I think are yucky, I always wonder why they ever changed from there old fries tbh... Some ppl may like em. But to me they never taste done but, they actually are bc I have made trips to 3-4diff Wendy's and ordered fries n they always the same so I know not every store has someone that don't know how to let the fries cook longer. I've even asked for crispy fries they Cld keep them dropped longer than when timer goes off. But the taste is the same.. so I think it's just the brand of the fry or sumtin...

That maple chicken is good as hell! I think we should put maple on everything! Hot honey chicken sandwich is awesome! No toilet paper in stall. The black girl that's cashier during day is absolutely incapable of multitasking. One order at a time. Wait on previous order to be filled before she would take another order. To the point of rudeness. Employee pool must be slim pickings! Sticky floor. Shoes stick. Sweet tea tap was plugged. Wouldn't dispense. No help when I asked!

I order the summer strawberry salad using their app. Delicious. Just can't seem to get this wendy's (on clark) to make it with onions. There is an option on the app to select extra onions, which i do. Either they forget to put them on or i am asked at pickup if i want onions on my salad. After which, i have to hunt for them. I did complain through the app and a manager called who explained that the salad did not include onions. What? He offered a free salad. Nice. I declined. Just make it right. Same salad at other locations (north carolina wendys pictured) no issue.
