The bagels are pretty good and I've found the the staff to be very polite and friendly. The bagels aren't large, but are well priced, chewy, and flavorful. The olive cream cheese is great and the onion bagels are delicious. The lines are often long and they frequently take their phone of the hook so you can't call ahead. While the bagels are good, they're not worth the wait. Twice I waited 30+ minutes for a few bagels and a bottles of juice. The last time I visited, I had to walk away after standing in line 10 minutes without moving. Glad to see a local business with lots of customers, it just comes with wait times too long for me.

I love this place!!! Been loving their bagels since my childhood. It's a Bristol classic. If you're not from the area, you have to try it. My favorite bagel is their blueberry, I've never had another blueberry bagel like it. Long live Bristol Bagel Works <3

The bagels here are AMAZING, so fresh and authentic. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because every time visit I CANNOT STAND the high pitch screeching noise of their conveyer style bagel toaster.
For the sake of your employees and the customers that sit in to eat, please fix/lube your toaster.

Came here on the 4th of july for a bagel and coffee. Both were good but they don't toast the bagels enough even after asking for them to be toasted a little more.

Tasty, tasty bagels to start your day! Fiesta bagel sandwich will start it with a bit of spice too. Yum! Even better if eaten down the street at the park along the water.
