Riccottis Sandwich Shop

I known ricotti for years in north providence and when I moved to Bristol I figured I try and Bristol location really isn’t professional how am I pay 13 dollars for a sub where I’m tasting more bread than meat .... Every Friday I order from there and the order is 20+ , my sub is ham cheese with mayo pickles lettuce tomatoes and mayo.. I’ll get one slice ham with cheese and barley no lettuce, tomatoes , few pickles and no mayo and I’ve repeat everything and ask please put more meat on the sub and still giving me one slice ham on a large sub who want eat more bread then lunch meat?? I’m done today you lost my business good bye lost a good customer I’ll prob drive to north providence before going there again Bristol location suck and no professional in making their food to satisfy a customer

My 1st time today and loved it. For the person complaining he went to every car but yours and the phone was busy. They are the best in the area and just reopened. I called a bunch too and it was busy but i got through. I saw the young man and young woman running all around trying to get orders called in to the right cars and trying to deal with rude people snapping or beeping at them. Patience helps and politely asking someone where can i order. The food was great, steak and cheese sub, the best fried mozz and good fries. Those kids are working their butts off please be nice and tip well!!!! Will def be back
