Ledge Water Steak House

We had a late seating reservation, and showed up at 8. Another couple had been “camping” at our table, and the staff kindly asked them to finish up. The hostess was wearing her mask at all times and was very friendly. You could tell it had been a busy night, but she was still professional about it, and nice. In the meantime, we got drinks at the bar. The bartender was very friendly also. He wore his mask correctly despite being busy and hot. He offered to have us dine with him, but I really wanted to sit outside and watch the sunset. I was worried we would miss the sunset, and we did a bit- but in the end the hostess ushered us to a lovely table and we had a delicious meal. Our server was very efficient and nice, even though it was clear they’d had a mad dash earlier in the night. She also wore her mask properly all night. We had bacon wrapped shrimp, NY Strip, Meatball Wellington, fresh chips, and squash. It was all delicious. Overall, a great experience!

We have been here twice for special occasions and have not been disappointed. From the moment you step in the door the staff is warm and welcoming. They have gone out of their way each time I have visited, to meet our needs and requests. Our steaks were cooked perfectly on point and the view of the lake just makes you dinner experience that much better.

View is spectacular without equal. The food is relatively good. Steaks not always cooked properly, so have them correct it if not done properly as it is expensive for NH. Service is totally acceptable, and can be quite good. PROBABLY THE BEST VIEW IN NH TO HAVE DINNER, EXPENSIVE (FOR NH) BUT UNEQUIVOCALLY WORTH IT. WE WENT TWICE IN 3 DAYS. INDULGE NOW!!!!!
