Warm and Christmassy atmosphere, everything was lovely, the hot chocolate was delicious and it was nice in the warm weather!! I really enjoyed it.
We had really good service at Coffee#1 and lovely coffee. The banana and chocolate cake was excellent, as were the pastries. We were a large group but the staff were really helpful in finding us seats together.
I come here often to work and meet up with friends, and every single time the staff are brilliant! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and have been enjoying the seasonal christmas drinks this year.
We visited yesterday afternoon and the two young female staff members were incredibly rude. No greeting, manners or smiles. There are much friendlier establishments around.
