Natasha was so accommodating when we had issues with our bottomless brunch. She went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and served, can’t fault her service at all. The food was also amazing, can’t wait to come back.

We accidentally messed up our booking time and arrived late but Natasha couldn’t have been more helpful and managed to fit us in anyway. She really went above and beyond, hugely grateful and her service was 10/10⭐️

Natasha is an absolute superstar. Her service was amazing. We had accidentally booked our bottomless brunch for the wrong time and showed up 3 hours later! Natasha went above and beyond to make sure we still had our food & drinks. Will definitely come again - I hope Natasha is there !!!

Disappointed with the cauliflower bites - not much flavour at all.
Service was pretty good, although wasn't terribly busy with our visit at 5pm.
Great venue and vibe, convenient for bus and train so you can enjoy a beer or two

Stumbled across this place whilst roaming around Bristol. What a find, great food, huge selection of wonderful beers and the staff were excellent. Definitely will be the 1st place to visit the next time we are in the area. Great value for money.

The tastiest food from the ChikNShak van!! Such good portion sizes and good value for money. Cheesy Gravy loaded fries and Katsu Curry loaded fries are so delicious, and Cookie was so lovely! Couldn’t recommend enough, will be back for more definitely!!!

Very attentive management always checking our group booking had everything we needed, very relaxed and easy going. Great vibes and atmosphere and stunning building inside as well as cool outdoor seating areas, but could definitely have done with the outdoor heaters being on. Loos could do with some tlc, but they were very clean.
Great food, quality and value for money, happy hour such a good shout! Great location next to the train station, we will be back!!!!

The waitress who welcomed us was an absolute delight and very helpful.
We came for bottomless brunch and the staff were super nice about accommodating my friend who doesn't drink.
Nice to have a mix of both bottomless prosecco and cocktails.

We hired a private room (the pool room) for a surprise party for my partners 30th birthday. The staff at Steam responding to all my queries promptly beforehand and on the day enabled us to go earlier to decorate. They also stored the birthday cake for us. From start to finish, Tom made sure we were all doing ok. He was very attentive, friendly and so helpful! It was an amazing evening! The food was also great and food/drink prices very reasonable. Would 100% recommend Steam!!!
