Had the best time celebrating my friends 30th birthday. Fab service from the minute we booked to the minute we left. We had the cocktail brunch which was absolutely brilliant, food was amazing and drinks kept flowing. Natasha served us ALL NIGHT (bless her) her service was above and beyond and was so friendly. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you :)
We hired a private room (the pool room) for a surprise party for my partners 30th birthday. The staff at Steam responding to all my queries promptly beforehand and on the day enabled us to go earlier to decorate. They also stored the birthday cake for us. From start to finish, Tom made sure we were all doing ok. He was very attentive, friendly and so helpful! It was an amazing evening! The food was also great and food/drink prices very reasonable. Would 100% recommend Steam!!!
Natasha was so accommodating when we had issues with our bottomless brunch. She went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and served, can’t fault her service at all. The food was also amazing, can’t wait to come back.
Disappointed with the cauliflower bites - not much flavour at all.
Service was pretty good, although wasn't terribly busy with our visit at 5pm.

Natasha is an absolute superstar. Her service was amazing. We had accidentally booked our bottomless brunch for the wrong time and showed up 3 hours later! Natasha went above and beyond to make sure we still had our food & drinks. Will definitely come again - I hope Natasha is there !!!
Stumbled across this place whilst roaming around Bristol. What a find, great food, huge selection of wonderful beers and the staff were excellent. Definitely will be the 1st place to visit the next time we are in the area. Great value for money.
Very attentive management always checking our group booking had everything we needed, very relaxed and easy going. Great vibes and atmosphere and stunning building inside as well as cool outdoor seating areas, but could definitely have done with the outdoor heaters being on. Loos could do with some tlc, but they were very clean.
Great food, quality and value for money, happy hour such a good shout! Great location next to the train station, we will be back!!!!

We came for bottomless brunch and the staff were super nice about accommodating my friend who doesn't drink.

I've been browsing good places to drink, eat, and enjoy company, and this one quickly took a position in my top 10.
Immediately I was there I called my friends to offer a beer to the first ones that visit me in the UK. I sent them photos and videos, and more than one reacted by sending me messages to book my sofa.
I enjoyed a lot the renovated ancient place and the draft beers, but above all the youth ambiance... just arrive early, 'cause at night it's crowded.
Hired out the Shebeen room for my birthday and had an absolutely amazing night! Staff were great and the room had its own toilets plus access to the outdoor smoking area. The room was really nice and the deposit was returned early the next day, highly recommend for any event!
