Been using this pub for years. Lovely pub, staff, ale and food. For me their customer service is first class. Their flexibility around the showing of big TV events is amazing. It's never too much trouble and they always go out of their way to accommodate my request. Always friendly, a few laughs and going the extra mile to make your visit special. Can't recommend enough. Will be back again and again. Thank you for all that you all do.

Loved the style of sharing food, delicious! Service was great too. Definitely coming back… Only downside was the acoustics made the section we hired quite unbearably noisy.

Great little restaurant inside a traditional pub. It's a strange setup but works with premium tasty cocktails.
Food suitable for Vegans as well as meat eaters.
I especially liked the way they worked with allergies marking up the actual menu

A relaxed and chilled pub on Gloucester Road. It has a cool garden full of quiet corners and booths to chat with your friends and relax. The food is really good and very popular. There is a wide and regularly changing range of beers and ciders, a good range of wines, spirits and cocktails and loads of snacks. The tables in the main bar are generally candlelit in the evenings which lends the whole place a charming ambiance. It’s all very Bishopston!

Sensational. Busy busy busy with noisy drinkers but what did I expect for a Saturday summer nights beer garden. Great location but the highlight has to be the brilliant menu and service. Every dish we had was brilliant. Enjoyed our food so much I forgot to take decent photos.

A beautiful space with a solid playlist, helpful staff and an excellent roast. The Cauliflower cheese was the cheesiest i’ve had in Bristol so far, and i’ve had quite a few!

Always nice to have dinner here - nice atmosphere, service is always friendly and food is always great.
We went for the Korean duck wings, sweet and sour aubergine, crown Prince squash ravioli and grilled hispi cabbage - all full of flavour. House red was nice too.

Really delicious Sunday Roast!! The beef was spot on and the friendly service was great! Lovely venue with cool artwork on the walls. Nice little semi-covered garden area. Dog friendly. Will definitely be back for another roast
