Had a lovely half a flat white in here earlier, had to leave quickly as my bus came quicker than I thought! The staff are lovely too.

I love this branch in particular. It has a different atmosphere and delicious coffee with cinnamon, but it needs to clean the seats and the bathroom is dirty Likewise, forks and knives need to be washed more than once. I take a fork and a knife and scrub it

Good cafe, lovely atmosphere. I usually order coffee here to take away. For some reason, the cafe is closed sometimes, maybe because it's understaffed.

This costa has a nice seating area as you go past the counter towards the back. Staff were friendly and drinks were the usual standard. The only thing that let it down was the toilet. Everyone was able to use the toilet with the wheelchair and baby changing sign on the door which meant others had to wait longer. This isn't good if you have a disability which means you need to use the toilet urgently. The other toilet has a key pad on the door so of course people wouldn't bother to get the code if they can just walk into the accessible toilet. When I did eventually get in the toilet, both the paper receptacles were empty which meant my husband had to govand ask them to fill it up. The assistant did this straight away but only filled one receptacle half way. The floor was very wet around the basin and toilet area which could of caused someone to slip. I think I toilet check schedule would be good.

Great size mocca, really tasty too. Polite and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Only thing that let it down was the loo was a bit unclean, nothing awful but could of been better.
