Myself and my partner went to IL Sapore for our 3 year anniversary. The food was very flavoursome. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the flavours were light and refreshing, and the tiramasu was absolutely divine. We will definitely be returning customers.

Atmosphere - was quiet as mid-week and we were pretty much first in but gradually improved. Service was good overall however difficult to flag the waiter down as we were around the corner so had to wait a little. Food was great - fillet steak underdone so had to return half way through - not really an issue - very nice experience overall and highly recommend.

Muscles in white wine was to die for. Filet stake medium rare melt in your mouth with red wine sauce just wow. Barolo 2016 £50 the best price I’ve seen in any restaurant by £15/20! I would highly recommend, service is great by the gentleman, knowledgeable, beautiful restaurant in the heart of BS9 WOT what more do you want? We will be coming back

We had a wonderful Christmas Day lunch at Il Sapore. The food was excellent and the staff, so attentive. Recommend I’ll Sapore to anyone looking for that little bit extra.

Fantastic meal. Our second visit and every bit as good as the previous one. The dough petals are lovely, we ordered both types then split them. I then had the sea bass, undoubtedly the best I've ever had. My husband had the chicken breast with fried gnocchi and raved about it. Yummy profiteroles to follow. Staff friendly and efficient. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
