I was met with genuine kindness and an owner who ready to serve his customers with great customer service. Food came swiftly and definitely did not disappoint! I went for the super smash burger and it was excellent, really good beef meat that had a nice taste. Even while eating the owner made sure if everything was ok and if there was anything he could do to help.
Definitely the place to be if you’re looking for smash burgers that taste BRILL!!

Was craving a tasty burger in my local area after a 50-mile cycle. Burger Guys delivered the goods. Their smash burger was epic, the fries were tasty and well-seasoned, and the price was super reasonable! I definitely recommend hitting this place up! A hidden gem!

Went here on a whim and had the smash burger meal deal with a drink and fries - one of the best burgers I've had in bristol and service was great too.
And as for the fries?! McDonald's can only dream of producing fries like this place.

I went to burger guys with my family after a long trip. I was reluctant to come to Bristol, since it was so out of the way, but now, even if it is just for this restaurant it is worth the trip. It's a fast food restaurant, but goodness there's no burger place like this in America.
The naga sauce on the fries are a delicious, unique, and spicy addition.
The burger itself was really juicy and cooked perfectly.
The store itself is kept really clean, something rare in a lot of stores back in America. The servers were all kind and offered their recommendations after I provided my food preferences.

Had a chance to try this place while visiting from USA. It's really unique compared to Halal food scenes in NY. Great food. Can be tad spicy if ur not into spice otherwise this is a great burger joint

One of best food places in Bristol! It hit the spot. This place needs to blow up. Your all missing out. They do the best naga/shatkora Donner in the uk. #shazansbirmingham you need to up your game. I will definitely travel to Bristol for the food again. The environment super clean, the dining in experience was amazing, nice open space, the staff and the owner are amazing. Such friendly people. Thanks a lot guys.

Highly recommended. What you get for the price is so much better than the bigger burger chains. Gent who took our order was a top man. Food was flawless. Definitely going here whenever I am in the area.

Very seldom leave reviews but just had to for this place. Went here for a casual meal with the family and was so impressed by their service, super friendly and went out of their way to make the kids feel special. The food was great too, the burgers were amazing and such good value, I had the super smash burger which was moist, with super flavour and really filling. The Donner was also really nice and different from the regular stuff.
The drinks selection is pretty special too, stuff I've never seen before like the pino colada which was sooo nice. Definitely a new favourite spot in Bristol.
