As someone else said, this was the most delicious sandwich I had in a long time! Good vegan sandwiches are very hard to come by but the teriyaki tempeh was incredible. Definitely worth the hype! I hope you guys get a restaurant or more outlets!

Having been to Vietnam, I was keen to find a place in Bristol that did Banh Mi as good as I’d had it overseas. Banh Wagon certainly delivered, with great tasting sandwiches/rice bowls, quick service and lovely staff. The range of vegan and meat options is super impressive. 10/10 definitely give it a visit!
We booked Banh Wagon to serve rice bowls at our welcome soiree at North Cadbury Court and they went down really well! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed them and even went back for more. We would recommend Banh wagon for couples looking for a food truck for their wedding.
