Asda Superstore Cafe

Would like the store to pass on praise to one of your employees at the Bromborough ASDA called Dave. He is on the fruit and veg section, really tall man, extremely friendly! He helped me find everything I needed and I found out he was new on that section in the past few weeks. I frequent ASDA twice weekly and I have noticed a difference in the tidiness and the level of date rotation has increased significantly over the past few weeks and every time I come in Dave is always in stocking shelves and helping customers! He is an asset to your store and your company! Please hire more Dave's!!!

A BIG thank you to the male colleague who helped me today with my 'wonky' trolly, not only did he take it to my car, he also helped me load the shopping in the boot, and took the trolley back. Thank you so much, I have myelopathy, so my limbs are affected and weakened. I didn't get his name, but thank you whoever you are.

I would actually like to give 5 stars to a young lady called Wendy. For some reason this afternoon progress through the tills was extremely slow and some customers were getting frustrated. For people like me (in my seventies) who don’t have smart phones etc, the tills are my only solution for my shopping. Just as I was thinking of abandoning my shopping along came Wendy, she wished me into the scanning area, checked all my shopping, helped me pack and was then off to help another customer. Wendy was very helpful and polite with a good sense of humour....she made me laugh. Thank you Wendy, power to your elbow; or should it be power to your scanner? !! Patrick’s Fox.
