I have been there twice - once for afternoon tea and the second time for brunch. Both occasions my husband and I enjoyed a lovely meal.

Really lovely, friendly staff who are very accommodating and happy to join in with table banter.
The drink and food orders were taken at the perfect time and was exactly as expected. Ask for the Vegan menu if that's your thing, it has a varied selection to cater for your needs.
Would thoroughly recommend the BEEF BOURGUIGNON BURGER. Bit of a tongue twister but worth the effort.

Food here was delicious and there is a varied selection on the menu. Service was very attentive and friendly.
On the other side We would like to point out the toilets need a bit more attention cleaning and checking on paper and soap should always be readily available also the ladies taps spin.

Excellent service by all staff, unfortunately the food was not hot, the chicken was, so the potatoes must have been sitting around for some time. My dish was tasty and hot but getting it half right was not really good enough. It's a shame as it was my brothers birthday. Fortunately, everything else was good. If the service has been average this would have been 2-3 stars.

I came to this restaurant for the first time 2 days ago and it was just amazing. I hadn’t been in a restaurant with the same great atmosphere. The staff are brilliantly diverse coming from all around the globe probably! I was talking to two of the managers one of them of a spanish descent and the other of polish descent and they were so polite, not to mention the food was amazing!! whenever you’re near a cafe rouge restaurant i definitely recommend you to go in and have a meal. Whether it’s for breakfast or lunch or dinner, I’m sure you’ll love it!

Really lovely staff & the burgers were lovely. Unfortunately, the 8oz rump steak wasn't good & stringy but apart from that, we had a lovely lunch! Nikola was a lovely attentive & friendly waiter! Definitely worth 5 stars!
