I'm glad they moved the store from opposite to the larger premises so you don't have to wait in cold as the queues aren't any shorter as there are as many tills as in old store. Staff are doing what they can but they need numbers not size. …
Awful. Ordered a delivery at 9:30, it arrived at 11 with missing items (which were not refunded) and freezing cold. Driver was kept waiting at the place for over an hour and the way the food arrived clearly shows it was left in the cold for the entire time.
