I visited this branch 16th Nov at 16:15. The door was open and it was well before closing time, there were no staff serving. I could hear movement and speech in the back and I called out several times but no staff appeared. I could have …
Do I need to explain how terrible this is? How can you possibly present this and be ok with it? And when I raised this with staff, I was welcomed with a bad attitude. I don't like confrontations so I will rather leave a review so they understand the importance of customer service
Had blissful lunch at Bromley. Wanted to have a heavy meal in £5 so ordered some potato veggies and a foot-long sub. Even though the order arrived after 20 mins of waiting. The potato veggies were crisp, fresh, all sauces and veggies were exactly how I had ordered. Great job done!! Kudos!!
they have the best gluten free bread and have amazing communication when comes to cross contamination and changing gloves
