A truly excellent Hake and chips for a very nice price of £8.60. Great value these days! I did mean to take a picture but forgot the moment I started shovelling it in my mouth. Tasty chips, perfectly cooked and not floury or dry. Fish, thick and flaky with a great flavour and not swimming in grease. I definitely recommend this place
Some amazing fresh tasting fish in great batter. I read the one dodgy review by someone that had never reviewed before or after and decided to ignore it. I’m glad I did as it was a great fish shop. I’d suggest getting there 10 minutes before it opens. Staff and friendly and polite too.

We turned up with a group of 15. No complaints - they cooked excellent food for us quickly and to a high standard. They also let us use an indoor space to eat.
