Clearly invisible to the staff when waiting in line as both had their backs to me and there was only 1 customer in front. Clearly neither in a good mood and couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me, therefore took my custom to coffee #1 …
Been here few times lately, always so helpful and polite.
Just stopped for a coffee and cake with my dog and was pretty shocked to be charged £0.65 for a pup cup (it's free at Starbucks). I don't mind paying but that feels a bit harsh for a small chip of whipped cream.
I love this Costa, always friendly staff, great drinks and Quiet, super place before getting to Mercedes F1 for the day.
Me and my mum went to chill out for a bit :) very nice staff and nice food.
