Me & my husband got married in June at Ye Olde Plough it was amazing. The staff went above and beyond and the service was exceptional. We had a large wedding and all the guests loved the food. We had a fantastic day the venue is beautiful, the rooms were very clean and reasonable could not fault it glad we chose to have our wedding here. We would like to thank all the staff for such an amazing day. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone booking a future wedding.

We went here for a big family meal for an occasion. We went on a Sunday and the roasts looked nice but I had the pie which was amazing and the desserts were really nice.

Had a wedding here, grounds are beautiful, was lovely walking to breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was superb, full engkish, staff absolutly lovely.

Attended here for one of (we think) three functions taking place. Ours a 50th wedding anniversary, reception with drinks, private area with bar, toilets and disco, with a really good buffet provided at approx 21:00hrs.
Overall a really good event supported by the venue, which I would be happy to use myself. It is a little off the beaten track, but offers accommodation for those that might need it.
If I had a gripe it would be rhe terminally loud music, frequently exceeding the volume meter mounted on the wall.

Stayed on business here and think the place is really nice. Reminds me of many US motels I have been to. I only have one slight gripe, not complaint, they didn't have the local attraction leaflet stand. I had time to kill and it would have nice to be able to browse them

We got married there a few weeks back and it was absolutely perfect. The staff were fantastic throughout and so helpful. The venue and grounds are beautiful and the rooms are really nice and also very clean. Definitely recommend them for weddings and events.

Lovely place for wedding. Beautiful rooms available, and has a bar. Drinks can be quite expensive. Food delicious and decent portion sizes. Staff friendly. Had ramps for disabled access also.
