Very friendly staff. Welcoming. We'll presented room. My only criticism is mattresses were a little tired and food just cooked a little bit longer than needed. But definitely would stop a again. Located in a kite village and ground are very well kept too. Very reasonably priced all round

The food is cooked to order so when busy you will have a small wait but it is well worth it as the food is excellent. The staff are very attentive and know there products. Well worth a visit, not to expensive.

Well .. what can I say !! An extremely warm welcome from Melissa who was there from start to finish .. just an AMAZING YOUNG LADY ! The rooms are spacious & warm and cater for all your needs .Beds are so comfy 😴😴 Amazing hot shower with mini toiletries & fresh large towels. An array of teas & coffees with biscuits to ! The pub itself lends to a village feel where everyone is made welcome which was so lovely. We had a full English breakfast on Saturday & Sunday morning and seriously overwhelming with home produced bacon & egg but so much choice .. cereal .. toast .. basically whatever you wanted it’s was done ! We had a meal on Saturday .. 2 for £14:00 Just so much food !! I had Fish & Chips which filled my plate 😊 I loved the hard work of all the locals that stepped up to the plate to help Melissa out & it’s true country village life x Big shout out to Bailey & the Chef for cooking such Amazing food x Can’t wait to come back & im sure it will be with a hearty feel x Just loved it & seriously would say to anyone - Give the Bell a visit ❣️

Coming across this pub was a happy accident as we were looking for somewhere for tea whilst on hols. The team were unbelievably friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic. We’re still talking about it! Proper home cooked meals, nice and hot and HUGE portion sizes! The pub itself is lovely and then there even ended up being some entertainment on in the evening which we stayed for! After being treated really rudely at the pub we tried before this one, it was such a welcome surprise and would recommend without hesitation ♥️

We arrived just as the chef was going on holiday. Thus there was a reduced menu which I could not recommend.

Great pub serving good food situated in a lovely village. Good, clean accommodation. Comfotable bed. Friendly, accommodating staff. Nothing too much trouble. Traditional beers, good selection of wines and spirits. Great female singer Friday evening. Acts on most Fridays. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely place to stay with a warm welcome from the staff. Lovely clean room with all you need for a good night's sleep. Tea and coffee in the room along with fresh towels.Had a few beers in the bar listening to the banter and laughter among staff and customers. Breakfast was very filling with tasty local produce. New manager was very polite and helpful and made sure you had all you needed for your stay. Would highly recommend this little gem of a pub for a quiet escape and peaceful stay.
