Excellent Mother’s Day lunch, I was spoilt for choice while looking at the menu, which is unusual as a vegetarian! The service was great, staff very friendly and welcoming. The chocolates for Mums were a lovely touch. The food arrived in good time, and was delicious! Will definitely be back!

We came for Sunday lunch. The service was really good. Very attentive and friendly. The food was first class. The spicy broccoli soup was delicious and the roast beef and chicken dinners were amazing - hot tasty and very filling. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone who was looking for somewhere to enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable Sunday lunch.

Attendee for my Aunts 60th and had a spectacular day. Felt super safe for kids and all staff were kind and helpful. Got a bit busy at the bar sometimes but on football day with two sittings in function room, it's reasonable to expect. Sterling job all round.
Friendly host & staff. The food is very nice & I love the sticky toffee pudding. It has a spacious beer garden and a few rooms inside so you can be quiet, play games or just be part of the pub atmosphere
First visit here, but won't be the last. The food was great, and the so were the staff. I left a bit disappointed as I was soooo full I couldn't fit a dessert in!

Just had a wonderful Mothers’ Day lunch at the Red Lion; lovely service, great atmosphere and lovely polite staff. On leaving we were given a bunch of daffodils and a little tipple to take home.

Fantastic Sunday roast today, great selection of vegetables, proper Yorkshire Pudding and all for a very reasonable price. If you haven't tried it (lived in the village 20+ years, drink there regularly but don't eat there???). I really do recommend you give their Sunday roast a try, you definitely won't be disappointed.
