Dr Patrick has been brilliant. She didn't fob me off with the usual 'unknown virus' excuse. She did lots of blood tests then referred me to the correct specialist for my condition. The specialist commented on the excellent information he received on the referral letter saying the work she had done made his diagnosis so much easier.
