Really good pub and restaurant on the canal. Good food and beers in great atmosphere and location. Theirs also accommodating on site in the form of motel rooms. Inside the pub is good with good decor and helpful and friendly staff. Outside theirs plenty of seating with a birds eye view of the canal itself. Nice location and atmosphere. A really underrated dining and drinking destination.

Went with may family on the 3.8.19
As we walked in the lady asked how many and sat us at a very nice table all 5 of us had so much room the starters were amazing as was the main and pudding the restaurant its self is a lovely place the staff were the best I have met nothing was to much to ask for when we got there it was not that busy but then a BIG group come in and the staff looked after everyone the same.
Can't wait to go back there if you have not been there it's a must

From the outside Potters looks like a working mans club. Its sadly deceptive as inside is an undiscovered local gem.
Food here is excellent and staff are attentive. As a steak restaurant it does not disappoint. The facilities are clean and modern. The bar area is better than local pubs.

I'm a real foodie and eat out at lots of different places all the time, this place came highly recommended, so decided to take my partner for her birthday and was not disappointed, really nice setting, food was extremely well-presented and taste absolutely amazing,I found it to be extremely reasonably priced considering the quality of the food and service, my partner and I both loved it and will be returning!!, Keep up the good work girls and guys!!😋😁

We dined early with a 4 year old. We only ordered main courses but everyone very pleased with what they had. Steak, salmon burger and pasta. It was quiet and the service was lovely. The waitress even rushed into the carpark after us with a small toy which had been left behind.

We stayed the night here whilst visiting family. We didn't eat but did have a couple of beers before retiring. The staff were friendly and the beer excellent. The lodges are basic but very clean and comfortable. We will be back
