First visit to this village pub, it will not be my last. Nice welcome from the staff who managed to fit us in for food on a busy Friday night. Good choice on the menu, our food was pretty good too. Would have been 5 stars if there had been a better choice of ales.

Had a really beautiful dinner and drinks at the St Michael's Mount Inn whilst on a weekend getaway to Cornwall. Really great service and excellent food. =)

Lovely pub, very helpful staff. Limited wine choice but that is not a criticism, we had a really good malbec and individual glasses of sauv. Menu has lots of great choices, some pub classics and others like hake a bit different. Beware! They serve generous portions for starters and the sides really are for sharing. Main courses were good, only criticism was that the sauces on the chicken and hake were far too sweet and overpowered the other flavours. Finally, it was very good value, especially for this area of Cornwall. Well worth a visit.

This little gem of a place we found whilst holidaying in Barripper, the decoration is typical of a village pub, but the food is absolutely top notch. We have eaten at top restaurant’s and found the food is often over rated, definitely not the case here. We had the sunday lunch of Roast pork and Roast beef, cooked to pure perfection, meat tender, stunning home cooked roasties that crunched when you bit into them, and the Yorkshire puddings were a perfect combination of big and beautiful. We also had The brownie and the sticky toffee pudding, once again absolutely delicious. We gave it 10/10. Whoever the chef is deserves a standing ovation, you have set a very high bench mark for us to judge any food we eat on our next holiday in Cornwall. Thankyou so much.

A proper local village pub, a genuine centre of village life with a great atmosphere, made to feel welcome from the minute you step through the door. Great food and a really good selection of drinks. Highly recommend it.

Walked in off the street and greated by a gentleman whom we didn't learn his name. Asked if they could accommodate us and indeed they did. I loved it here. It felt homely. We felt at home. The people working there were friendly and very sweet natured. The food was delicious, had roast beef and chicken. Followed by a huge portion of sticky toffee pudding and brownie. What more could we want. Very relaxed atmosphere although you could see the people were working very hard and were so attentive. Homely and friendly ..... Thank you for a lovely meal. We really appreciate it. Xx
