Fitzbillies

Visiting Cambridge we of course had to stop at Fitzbillies for some Chelsea buns, which were not as messy as we expected and very good indeed. We also had some scones, nice as well. There was a long queue of customers waiting to order, but staff is amazingly fast and we even managed to get a table. Very nice experience overall.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and amazing cakes and pastries. Definitely try the date cake and cinnamon roll. The Chelsea buns looked amazing too but our stomachs couldn’t match our eyes! Tea was good but served in teapot with a cracked spout so hope that gets looked at. They also sell a limited range of hot food and plenty of food items and merch you can buy to take away or recreate the experience at home. Definitely a good tea place to check out in the area but it does get busy and there is limited indoor seating.
