Got here around 5pm just two people in the queue this was largely down to the quick service at this ben’s cookies! As always the cookies are 10/10 out of this world possibly the best cookies I have eaten in the UK! If your around in Covent Garden then don’t miss this place on your places for a nice treat!

I visited here with my family during a day out in Cambridge. The Asian fella at the counter was amazing, he had such polite mannerisms, recommended delicious cookies and made us all laugh and feel welcomed in the few moments we were in the shop. Truly exceptional service with delicious cookies, would highly recommend.

This is hands down one of my favourite cookie places in the city! The cookies are absolutely delicious, and I usually pair them with a nice cup of coffee for the perfect combo. I had my first taste of their cookies when they opened in the Philippines a few years ago. I fell in love the very first time I tasted them. I was genuinely surprised to see them while walking around Cambridge. Always, always delicious cookies. I love the chocolate and the cranberry ones. Also, looking forward to buying regularly from this shop!

Love all the different flavours. I’d recommend the milk chocolate! Staff were attentive and friendly. The store itself is really small, and only really allows for 2 customers in there at a time

The cookies we're delicious and tasted great, goes well with a nice cuppa tea and any hot drink. Ben’s cookies are worth the price you pay and the offer to get free cookies with some of the boxes was a great addition too. If however you only looking for a small bite, I wouldn’t buy as they are big and very filling with both flavour and ingredients.
The got chocolate on the other hand tasted very chocolatey however was too milky for my liking especially since it was made with full fat milk.
