I have banked and still bank with a number of UK banks and some abroad. I had reason to call from abroad with an issue that was turning out to be difficult to resolve on-line, or trough normal customer service routes. Mr Ryan Molloy, Manager of the NatWest Bank in Petty Cury, Cambridge, became involved. He took personal responsibility to understand the issue and then resolve it rapidly.
