The subway is not that much clean. And not that much enough facilities for the customers. Also, there was a bit long queue.

One of the best subways I have ever been to! The food is very good and the customer service is amazing especially Lucia and Reece ! Would definitely recommend it.

Best customer service I get in subway after long time.staff is very friendly and smiling. They understand my daughter’s gluten problem and clean the counter and change the gloves before they make subway for her.I definitely go back there again.

First time at this subway and to Cambridge and the staff member (Jade) was very chatty and helpful. She also gave a good suggestion of where to go even though she isn't local. I'd recommend this subway for choice of food as there is plenty and it is very well prepared, and for the staff friendliness.

Good decent fast food. Like subway I like the customisation what you get with your sub. I would say it's good for breakfast and lunch but not necessarily for dinner.the location is also really nice because it's close to the Grafton so you can have a lunch after you go shopping. But I don't know how packed it will be in the day.
