The two servers who were on duty today were helpful, friendly and efficient - providing excellent customer service all round.

Went today with my son and I managed to smash a coffee glass all over the table and floor. Amazingly kind and helpful staff member checked we were ok, thoroughly cleared it up and even replaced my drink, being cheerful all the time. Great service and staff that go above and beyond.

Got to say the Costa Coffee at Milton Tesco has a wonderful team- super helpful and REALLY friendly. I had to wait there for a lift after a car accident and the staff really looked after me. It was clean everything presented with care and pride and nothing was too much trouble. Others could take a leaf out of this places book. Can't recommend enough - you won't be disappointed.

Great service as always and, as always, you get the impression that they are perminatly understaffed.
Despite that hindrance, they work hard for the customer, nothing is ever too much trouble and with a smile. Just wish it was staffed properly, so that the staff were not under pressure.

Such helpful friendly staff at Tesco Costa,, Cambridge. Patrick even took time to make sure the lid was on correctly on our grandsons babychino when he started to drink it. He went the extra mile. A credit to Costa.

Always busy, staff always seem to be running around like headless chickens, but its normally fast service, the seating area is normally kept clean and tidy, a little pricey but worth it
