Innovative local vegetarian chain that focuses on sustainability and local sourcing.
Recently had the chance to try some of their platters and sandwiches, and most items I got were pretty impressive. I’m normally not a huge fan of vegetarian fast food chains, but they did a great job with getting the flavor combinations right. In house brewed vanilla soda was superb, and the impossible meatballs were the best vegan meatballs I had, and with the tomato sauce, it tasted more authentic than the non-vegetarian ones. The bbq seitan was the only item that wasn’t appetizing.
For the price, the portions for each were smaller than I expected, but it was definitely worth a try.

Super tasty eggplant and egg platter. I like the vinegar kick in the lentils and potato salad. The tomato cucumber salad was very good. We got a side of hummus with oil and zaatar that was very creamy and flavorful. The staff are very friendly. There was not a long line.

Had the chickpea fritter (aka falafel) sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. Nice to have outdoor seating on sidewalk/street. Kids had a peanut butter/banana/maple syrup sandwich that I didn’t even see on the menu, but a staff member suggested it. Also tried a fresh watermelon soda. Was a bit sweeter than I would have liked, but was still refreshing on a 100 degree day!

Stopped here for a recharge during long walk in Cambridge. The staff was friendly and gave us a good overview of what is there to eat. Sandwiches turned out to be very healthy and tasty.

The Nashville mushrooms had the zing and they go so well with the vanilla soda. I think it’s great vegetarian food option in Boston no matter what. Shoutout to the awesome service team in there.

Tries too hard to be cool and hip. Focused all resources into looking nice, but lost all functionality.
They don't give actual customer receipts, just lists of things you order without costs listed.
Portions are pretty small, food is not that bad.
Lime soda is 0/5, no carbonation, the lime flavor was bitter and had little to no lime flavor.
Friend with egg allergy felt a minor reaction from a blt even after letting them know of allergy.
They didn't finish the order before letting us know abt our order being ready.
It was difficult to communicate with the staff as to what we wanted.

chickpea fritter sandwich was good, would rather get falafel at a real halal place for cheaper. i wish the sandwich descriptions were on the menu. vanilla soda tasted and looked like dirty sink water honestly. didn’t really want to finish it but it was $4

The food is delicious and the prices are great. I was incredibly disappointed to find out the staff automatically charged me for a 25% tip. It would be one thing if was given a choice, but I was not given the option and did not see a disclaimer anywhere that an automatic tip would be applied.
This felt predatory.
