I'm giving the lowest rating just because of the grumpy, unpolite staff. Such a rude staff. We felt like making mistake going to this restaurant, felt unwelcomed . However, food was good, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy because of unwelcoming feeling.

First time here. I got a plate with three different types of tacos. They were good, but quite small for the $9 price. The ingredients seem to be quality, and they have more variety than Chipotle.

It's my usual go-to place, especially for its loaded soup, with or without the taco shell. The tacos are also good and the guac isn't usually blackened, unlike many other Mexican restaurants. I reduced one 🌟 because they discontinued the tequila lime chicken, which I liked more than the other chicken option.

After I ordered and sat down. My food wasn't so hot but not too bad. Then I over heard the team talking about how bad the cilantro smelt. They kept laughing telling others to smell. My food had cilantro in it and it made me feel uneasy. After that I just couldn't finish my food and ended up throwing it away and leaving.

Gave this place a second chance and it wasn't deserved. Foods cafeteria quality, and the burrito was half the size and a quarter the quality of Chipotle. At least it's it's better than taco bell, but only marginally.

I am not sure if Qdoba is padding the reviews but I will provide my unbiased experience. Apparently they need to have security at this location, there are better places to put your hands other than were I saw them being placed... particularly in food eating establishment. The personnel was courteous and answered questions and reasonably amicable mind you. The place was honestly filthy, this was about 8:30 at night on 10.18.17. The male restroom had paper towels everywhere with the trash overflowing. This also leads me to my next item of note which was both trash cans being full and the personnel complaining in the background about me putting the trash neatly on the tray rack due to the trash being overflowingly full. My assessment is this comes down to folks in their 20`s not wanting to do chores ( and do not expect the ladies to do all the cleaning up). It is understandable that you are most likely in college bettering yourself and working only part time but in any job you do attempt to do it well even it is working at fast food part time for spending funds. Please keep in mind its a food establishment so proper cleaning, sanitation and overall cleanliness is necessary. I would also say that teamwork and sharing/ rotation of responsibilities to include trash/ tiding up the tables duty should be done, and really done versus chatting about it. This is my unbiased review, if and only if the place appears clean will I eat here again. Cheers,

This place calls itself a "Mexican grill". I tried their so-called grilled shrimp, which were fished out of a liquid-filled steam table pan. When your name says "grill", I expect freshly-grilled shrimp, not something that had stewed in liquid. They were also small, tasteless, and tough.... The rest was OK: rice, beans, guacamole. There are several places in Harvard Square that are much better.

Went here for lunch. Right next to Tatte Bakery & Cafe, my first choice. There was a line of five or 6 people at Tatte and no room to sit so I went over to QDOBA. Two people in front of me at QDOBA who both ordered a "bowl". I ordered the same: Fresh, good tasting and many toppings. Got a Mexican coke to drink. Would go here again.
