Ridiculously poor service. 19 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Had to make four corrections for them to get the order right. As they had lost the slip I had to hand them my phone to read my order from the app. While waiting I saw how staff recycled a "no whipped cream" order by scooping the whipped cream away and serving it anyway. No sight of a manager to talk to.

Are they rude on purpose? Is that the theme of this place? The employee ringing us up was so rude to the customer in front of us as well as to my partner and I, but was polite to the man right behind us. It was hard to not let it go unnoticed that we were 3 racial minorities and the man was Caucasian. Our order was simple: 2 caramel iced lattes, a pesto grilled cheese, and a blueberry muffin. The employee ringing us up spent more time being rude to their coworkers (also POC) about not being able to find the blueberry muffins in the back than making our actual drinks. During our wait we also stood there and watched them complain right along with another employee. Honestly, it was so uncomfortable to stand and wait but also a spectacle to witness.

What happens when you combine a long drive thru line, impossibly rude service, and a botched up order? Why, you get a solid two star rating, that's what. Seriously, the window attendant's attitude was awful. I felt like I was being scolded if I asked a question. And each item I added to the order I could detect her anger level intensify. All four items I ordered, without exception, were messed up. My daughter wanted whipped cream on her coolata. Not received. My iced mocha latte? Barely any mocha. My other daughter could not stomach the Chai latte. They must have used all the wrong ratios to create this unpalatable concoction. And, finally, my avocado toast got a paper thin layer of avocado. Needless to say, we will not return to this particular store.

I went to this Dunkin on my lunch break after using the mobile app. I ordered two wraps, a donut and a coconut milk refresher. The drive thru wait was fine but once I got to the window, I had to ask for my mobile order again. I got my drink and my wraps. The wraps were both totally open and falling apart. My drink actually tastes weird, and I get these refreshers all the time from various Dunkins all over. So I’m worried it will make me sick. But then I asked for my donut. I got a weird look and then was told to go back around through the drive thru to get my donut. Like, my dude I don’t have time for that. That has happened before, I just remind them (I get it donuts are small and non-cooked) and they just grab it. So I just left even though I paid for it. I love Dunkin Donuts but I will not be going back to this one. Just hope I don’t get sick.

Terrible customer service. The guy who works there is extremely rude to customers and he has repeated this more than once. Never experienced this at other Dunkin locations. Stay away!

The best Dunkin Donuts in Greater Boston. Just go before you die. Coffee was exquisite, bagel cooked to perfection. Great ambiance
