Dunkin'

Ordered a coffee with oat milk and received a coffee made with almond milk. I told the person that made the coffee I can't have almond milk due to a tree nut allergy and to please remake it with oat milk, instead of making an entire new coffee in a new cup the person behind the counter only dumped out the coffee and made a new one in the same cup meaning I still couldn't drink it due to cross contamination.

OK, so riddle me this: I ordered a large hot Americano, 3 cream and 3 sugar (whatever those numbers mean...) and there's *still* a small pile of sugar at the bottom of the cup, even after attempts to mix it in. In my experience the heat at least dissolves the sugar. Like am I doing something wrong on my end or do staff here simply pour in the sugar without mixing? I mean if you order a *cold* drink and add sugar you should expect a slurry on the bottom, but a *hot* drink? C'mon now. Other than drink fails, the staff here are at least helpful and friendly. The food tends to be overpriced for what you get but it depends. Honestly the safest and best value buys here are the pre-made drinks from the cooler.

This location in particular is consistently preparing incorrect orders and the staff seem undertrained- main reason of this 1star review is the mice which run around after they close and are visible from the street. I’ve tried reaching out to DD about this but my concerns were left unaddressed. Avoid buying food from this mouse infested location if you can
