Update 12/19: Second time I've gotten a messed up mobile app order. First time I noticed it at the store and was told "we can't do anything about it, we made it according to the app". Second time, I checked one of my burgers which was made according to my order. After I left I found that the second one wasn't! Somehow they decided that of a two burger deal, the order mods only applied to one burger! To boot I didn't even receive a patty and I waited 10 minutes while people who ordered after me got their food. What's up with this BK? Original: The employees here give fast and accurate service which is always great with fast food. Place seems clean and the cashiers usually have a quick chat with me which is nice. They're very friendly! Sometimes though the line gets really backed up and they only have one person on register.

Their fries are always great, which isn’t so for all Burger King locations. The service can sometimes be quick. However, ApplePay almost never works here. Their payment devices also do not accept the chip on your card (it’s taped over). Paying here isn’t convenient or secure. Additionally, the leadership here consistently yell at their employees. That’s just not good for business.

not a bad location place has been in this mall for years its usually always packed with long lines no matter almost whenever you go but the food is really good and the service is fast you have to wait a little if its busy but orders are almost never wrong and they are happy to fix it give it a try perfect place for some before/ after shopping in the mall the exit is just across the food court and there is outdoor seating when the weather is nice. and there are plenty of places to choose from to shop. its also train accessible by the Green Line as well so if you are coming from the very few locations in Downtown its really easy to find once inside the Mall. and literally right next to the Restroom corridor / Main Hallway.
