The staff were stretched very thin and it was obvious that they didn’t reduce the capacity at all, there were tables wall to wall. In post Covid times I understand how difficult it can be to hire or retain people, but to have this “high-end” restaurant that’s a part of the Hyatt telling people to “just do the Buffett because the kitchen is taking a really long time” isn’t ok. If it was just that it would be one thing. But there was also uncooked meat being served and flies buzzing around our table all night and at the buffet. At $40 per person these issues are simply unacceptable. Pay your staff more money and/or reduce the table count so you aren’t giving such poor food and service.

The cioppino (seafood stew )was really tasty with a kick of spiciness. Very tasty with lots of seafood in it. Rockfish, the fish of the day was tasty and light in flavor. The calamari was delicious.

Very beautiful place and atmosphere . Great service. I got the Quinoa bowl with chicken and it was delicious. The next night I ate from the buffet. The only thing worth mentioning is that I expected the food to be a little better quality with how much it is worth.

Beautiful location. Nice selection of dishes but a bit on the pricey side. Friendly and attentive staff. I tried their hummingbird tomato soup and their roasted chicken with purée potatoes. I enjoyed the experience.

For being pricey and in the Hyatt one would expect better service and food. When I received my entree Crab cake platter, all things on the plate looked charred. I ordered my crab cake broiled. Here is what one of three crab cakes one gets. The crab bisque doesn’t have much crab, and the crab dip after getting over top crab meat placed it tastes like salted cheese dip.

the takeout option was a nice touch, as we were able to take our food to the white gazebo and enjoy a beautiful morning by the water. The breakfast was solid, nothing too crazy or inventive, but it got the job done. Breakfast potatoes were quite good. The service was quick, as well. Unfortunately, I had to dock it a star because they forgot the wheat bread with my omelet. People make mistakes! But, mistakes come with consequences, albeit in this situation, only a star consequence for a respectable total of four stars.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast every day we stayed at the resort...we were led to our table by Quadry who was so welcoming and went above and beyond seeking out gluten free bread for me each day..he was the first part of the experience, then we had a wonderful server Shaun..the breakfast buffet was really good. Everything you could want food wise but the overall surroundings were so relaxing and pleasing too...
