I attempted to order pan pizza's online on two separate occasions in the middle of day. Only to receive a call stating they did not have pan pizza's. That is wow- one occasion- maybe. Second time bad management.

My wings were not done the way I asked for them then the person on the phone is telling me that my wings were done correct wrong what ever happened to the customer is always right and paying for there food and your salary it must have went away with covid-19 NOT NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THESE GUYS IN CAMBRIDGE MD not done wings.... Corporate needs to look into this sad situation when the server or cashier tells you how to have your order prepared 😱😱

One I ordered a curbside for 5:15 pizza was brought out at 5:45. I ordered 20 wings and got 12. They tasted terrible. The only reason the worker saw me bc he thought someone else’s order was mine. He was mad that I hadn’t been given my food yet. The food was not only cold but was old and I waited for food that had already been done. The mini Cinnabons are hard. Worst experience I have ever had at Pizza Hut!

Very pleasant experience for my 1st visit! Ally was extremely nice and helpful. She is very customer service oriented. Ohhhh and the pizza, bone out wings and bread was delicious!

Pizza I ordered was GREAT! Problem was with the app. The app said my pizza was ready, I punch out for lunch, go to pick up my pizza, and had to wait an additional 15 minutes! I did not have time to enjoy it for my lunch!

Probably not their fault. Driver was not scheduled to arrive for work until 1PM. Took hours for my order to arrive. I blame President Biden for labor shortage.

It took 1.5 hours to get my order once it got here my 2 liter drink was forgotten and I had no cell phone to call back. My cinnamon rolls were cold.

Fast friendly service. Order pizza for 4:45 pm and they were just cutting it as I walked in the door a few minutes early. Definitely will be making the drive back to Cambridge, MD Pizza Hut.
