Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Incompetent staff and Disha manager. Steak was old and burnt. I took one bite and could not chew through the rest. See pic of burnt meat that fell out. I asked for a refund but they almost had a heart attack like they’ve never heard such thing for being dissatisfied with burnt meat. Instead they told me it’s only burnt around the edges. Disha who made up some lie about needing to contact owner just for a refund and did not know the return or customer satisfaction policy cause it does not exist to them. My guess is the “owner” would have had to contact the branch manager if we did get a hold of.

My staff and I have been ordering from Mucho Burrito on Hespeler road for the past little while and I have to say they have never let us down for great burritos. They are always stacked full of yumminess and the site is really easy to use. My thanks for making my staff at Partsource very happy with the meals you provide.

I've ate here a few times before and always had a great experience today was no difference, the lady working behind the counter was very busy and continued to appologize, I was in no hurry and enjoyed reading the menu, she even threw in free nachos for my wait but again not a problem but I appreciated the gesture. I enjoyed the plant protein bowl, the little fritters were so good, I want to go back tomorrow for an entire order of just them! We also ordered a 🌯 burrito which was also yummy. Looking forward to next time. Nice healthier option.
