Papa Johns Pizza

Stepping into to this establishment, I was greeted promptly by both of the employees. The service was excellent. The guy at the register was attentive and friendly. The lady who was making the pizzas, also handed me my pizza and was very polite. The pizza was well made, it was fresh and it tasted delicious.

Worst Pizza and very bad and irresponsible response! Ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce and normal bake but the pizza had no or very very little sauce in it and the crust was over baked ( burnt crust ) which was chewy and horrible! When called and informed the pizza shop guy, he is responding very badly saying don’t worry and disconnected the phone. I expected more from Pappa John’s but it was very bad experience. Please don’t try this papa John’s branch .

Really good pizza. Ordered for delivery by the phone. Guy on the phone was pretty chill. We ordered to my school and it did take a bit longer then we hoped (I was late for my math final, pizza more important) and I wish it was a bit cheaper but me and my buddies split the price. Good dough and customer service!

Just ordered from papa John's on Uber eats. Probably the worse pizza place I've been to. The chicken wings were wrapped in tin foil and tossed in an oven. They looked like they were boiled with seasoning mixed in. The knots were not fully cooked and were really doughy in the middle. The papadias weren't good either. It basically is a small pizza cut in half then folded. Not worth the price.

First time trying pizza, satisfactory but I would not say it was great! Delivery was fast and courteous. I will give another review on my second time ordering, this way I will have a better idea of the consistency of their food. Second time trying Papa John's pizza, same consistency, satisfactory pizza and average toppings, like the rest of the pizza shops around where I live, not great but not bad. Messed up on the order slightly by assuming that I was doing pick up instead of delivery but once that was straightened out everything went smoothly. Would order again from Papa John's pizza.

Ordered on SKIP. The restaurant said it was 35 min til delivery which is fair. However after 30 min I checked status, it said it was over 30 min for delivery again! A few night before I ordered it 9pm and they close at 11 so its not like they were closing soon. It took 68min for delivery. After being told 30 minutes! Pizza is good but it has arrived cold and soggy twice. That was the list chance. If you want decent pizza and arrive in a timely manner order from ChefD TV at deer ridge golf course! These guys are horrible for service

Not really a fan of grease soup. Ordered a large sausage, no extra cheese just sausage. The dough came so soggy that it fell apart in pieces when trying to pick it up. The entire crust had the consistency of a wet towel. The cheese itself had gone hard and wouldn't pull apart, it just crumbled. The cheese your store is using has the wrong moisture content for pizza. Probably looking to save money at the customers expense, huh? I had to throw the entire thing away, pizza crust shouldn't stretch like rubber. Also next time you advertise "cheese crust" make sure you stuff it with cheese, not this sand-textured cream tasting garbage.
