Great food and lady taking the orders on the drive thru was very professional and helpful. Went there to try the double down, and had a large meal box for an extra 2 pound Inc with the burger! Amazing... Would recommend to anyone
Cannot fault Jamie (I think he is one of the managers) at this store. Had a slight issue Wednesday night but he went above and beyond to rectify this. So a massive thank you from myself and my children who are enjoying there chicken ๏ฟฝ right now ๏ฟฝ

KFC at the Cannock Orbital has long been a great place to provide great tasting chicken for a reasonable price. The building's reputation continues with succulent chicken, served at piping hot temperatures and with great timing.
This visit had some great interactions with the shift manager and what seemed to be either an Area Manager or Training Officer.
The environment of the store is very bright and open with a colour scheme based on KFC's logo and company ideals. A variety of different seating locations and types allows customers the option on how to experience their meal.
Staff interactions are nearly always a positive experience at this branch of KFC. Today's visit was no exception except maybe for one service assistant that gave off a feeling of not wanting to be at work at that present moment. However most of the staff seemed engaged and happy in their position.
A really good visit to this establishment, one that will be happening again in the not to distant future.

Visited on a lunchtime weekday, dined inside, relatively quiet. Table service was very fast, and food was good. Plenty of car parking spaces. Personally, I'm not in favour of how the recipe for the chicken skin has changed over the years, as it is now like a thick and bubbly batter, whereas I preferred the older style thinner and spicier skin.
The person who greeted us at the tills was called Nicola at 5pm 04/05/2023 she was lovely helpful and we actually got the food we requested 10/10 and all I can say is it's a pity the staff at the hednesford branch aren't half as good,friendly and accommodating as they are at the orbital shame on hednesford I shall be using orbital all the time in future.
By far a favourite KFC of mine, food is nice, get served quite quick. Nice little drive to there aswell.

Lovely staff, quick service even on a Bank Holiday and excellent food quality, hot and fresh. We live in Stafford and our local KFC is awful, this KFC has actually restored my faith in the brand:)
We visited this KFC which is situated in a large retail park near to Cannock just off the A5. A decent sized car park with 2 disabled spaces and the entrance door has an electric opening mechanism which made entering and exiting easy with a wheelchair. The hand sanitiser at the entrance was empty of product which was a shame. Friendly helpful staff who got our order arranged quickly. We enjoyed our meal. The washrooms were clean and modern but we were warned by a staff member that the door lock on the accessible toilet was defective so we had to leave it ajar when we were using it.
It was a lovely kfc my son enjoyed sitting in there to eat his food which was also really nice

Nightmare, machine wouldn't let me select 2 different drinks with the 2 meals. Then asked for 2 digit table number, they're all 3 digit, no sparkling water, loads of excuses, good job the food was ok.
