A total gem of a find. The food is cooked to perfection and seasoned exquisitely. There’s lots of it too so don’t over order! The staff are great and the decor is amazing. Although we are not local we will definitely be back. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s a 10/5 from us!
Absolutely amazing food! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Korean Cowgirl ! Would definitely recommend a visit! The sharing platters are a great way to experience a little of everything and there was a good selection of sides to choose from too. We will visit again thank you. The staff were helpful and attentive also.
We went for a family meal, birthday treat. The restaurant was very clean and bright, but due to the time of the meal, there wasn't many customers and so hence the lower atmosphere stars. Parking was good, and the restaurant was only a short walk.
The food was very nice and tasty, the service was really good. Over all I think the price was fair, that being said, certain things were a little bit over priced, hence 4 star rating. The 12% gratuity isn't to bad, but you don't have to pay it if you don't want to. Works out to be about £2 each, so we paid it. The staff were very pleasent and accommodating. The presentation of a couple of small brownies and a happy birthday message was a nice touch.
Would I go again? Yes. Would I take family and friends? Yes.
Well done to the restaurant and its staff, and a thank you.
5 stars all round! Making the reservation was easy, ticked the box saying it was for a birthday (my partners).
When we arrived, the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the service as a whole was super efficient and attentive. We were offered water as soon as we sat down which was nice, since it was a hot day! The inside of the restaurant is cool but classy, fab atmosphere.
We had the ‘Storm in a Cave’ cocktail and a Gin and Lemonade, both of which you could definitely taste the alcohol, both really good!
For food we had the ‘Loaded Tater Tots’ which were delicious and was a decent size portion for two to share. We went all out and got the ‘Dirty Smokehouse BBQ Board for 2’. Definitely one of the best things we’ve ever had at a restaurant. All of the meat on the board was perfectly cooked, full of flavour (and there were a lot of flavours!) and probably would have been enough for 3-4 people! Our favourites were the spicy chicken wings and the brisket burnt ends, we’ll definitely be coming back for more of those!
We didn’t order pudding as we were stuffed but to both our surprises, the lovely lady came out with a little birthday treat which wasn’t planned at all, it was a fabulous end to an amazing meal and very thoughtful.
We spent a bit more than we usually would BUT because it was for a special occasion and everything was spot on, we didn’t mind at all and was 100% happy to pay the optional service charge as well. We can’t wait to go back again! Thank you!
Brilliant food, atmosphere, and staff. I went with my neighbour. We ordered the variety platter to share, as well as some fries. Service was super.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us useful recommendations. One trouble I had was having to ask for sauce a few times. They asked when they served our food if we wanted any, and while I appreciate the offer, I don't see why a small bowl of sauce would take so long!
The food was excellent. It's a meat eater's paradise. Big portions and lots of variety. The share platter offered a good variety of meats, tastes, and textures. I definitely recommend it.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was modern with both an American and Korean twist. Personally, I thought the volume of the music was a little loud, and the Japanese anime playing on the large screens was a bit jarring. Overall, though, I liked the atmosphere. The modern feeling and the American-Korean blend were great.
Food was divine, service was fantastic and I loved the vibe of the place. You can expect to spend a little bit of money but was well worth it. The smokehouse bbq board in particular was incredible
First time there didn't really know what to expect, glad we didn't have any lunch, came out full as an egg ...
Staff very friendly and went through the menu with us . Drinks very reasonably priced.
Will be going back again..
The Mini Smokehouse BBQ boards gives a good selection of meats and I was told it was good. We ordered 12 boneless wings which meant we picked 2 sauces Yang nyum and honey butter for the wings to be coated (6 each). Tasted both but my personal preference was the Yang nyum. I had the Brisket burnt ends rice bowl (decent portion) which was good. My wife had the Signature cheeky ramen and she liked it.
Fried chicken was beyond my expectation. The decoration in the restaurant is stunning. Really enjoy eating here, so chill!!
Every time I hear the name of this restaurant, it makes me smirk because it sounds naughty 😏. But like anyone who's obsessed with eating, I had to see what the hype was about.
The food here is absolutely delicious! Presentation and effort are 10/10. Myself and 3 others went for dinner at the Canterbury location, and it wasn't overly busy. We all thoroughly enjoyed the starters and the mains. And though I tried to take some food pics, I couldn't get them all because we all gobbled the food as soon as it arrived and no one likes to wait for that person taking the food pics.
For starters, we had the spicy yellowfin tuna, gyozas and crackerjack prawns. The yellowfin tuna and prawns were amazing and I would have happily eaten bows of the stuff all night. For the mains, we had ordered the smokehouse bbq board for 4. This came with a heap of meat on the board with a side of kimchi. Very flavourful, meat coma inducing and polished off by 4 hungry people.
Although a little on the pricier end (especially when you add in the drinks), I'd definitely come back in the future. I've heard their Faversham location looks even better. That's next on the list.
Cool atmosphere. Enjoyed the art and anime being displayed. Friendly and helpful staff. The ramen dishes were okay.
I love this place and definitely somewhere you have to go. We went on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy but there was only one person waiting tables. We did have delays ordering food and getting our drinks but the waitress made it up to us with free drinks. The food was amazing, I went for the meat board which had a great mix of flavours and meats for I think a reasonable price. My gf had ramen and she said it was the best she ever had and definitely better than Wagammas. Also we were very surprised with a small birthday dessert which we did not ask for but it made our night. We would definitely go back again
