Excellent burger. Very good service and tables are kept cleared and clean. I'd recommend the avo club sandwhich.
Went back a few weeks later for poached eggs. Service was great as usual and the area is clean. I was a bit disappointed with the plain sliced bread for toast and was surprised that kitchen staff/chefs still use vinegar in their poached eggs water..stop this..please stop.
My friends and I went to the cafe at Fenwick's on a day when a customer needed medical attention. We were told that there would be a delay but that we would have table service instead of using the counter. Our service was prompt, professional and friendly. The food was delicious and timely. The restaurant was clean and the noise level was low. I will be happy to go there again.
Always a lovely place to shop. Well looked after and beautiful merchandising all year round. It feels extra lovely at Christmas
I stopped for lunch at the eatery on the top floor, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Nice and relaxed with a good atmosphere.
Always have the best array of furniture and clothing for me at least. And the cafe is nicely hidden from the riff raff of Canterbury.
My friends and I go to the eatery, every 5 or 6 weeks and have done for the 10 years and it is the most awesome place to eat service is always polite helpful, just brilliant food is wonderful there is no pushiness to get rid of you after an hour it's a place to chat and catch up and feel very welcome, thank you
I love this store, it takes me back to a time when shopping was a pleasure and luxury. Staff friendly and great products!
Unfortunately that has changed from the glorious days before Covid. The quality, quantity, and the manner of management has also altered. In the sence of, instead of a welcoming atmosphere it is now like a civil service canteen.
Updated Tuesday 26th October.
Well as you can see they have excelled them selves with what is a popular toy department and excellent Christmas decorations, for me they have shown that there is still a Victorian feel as if Tiny Tim is again staring into Charles Dickens
Toy window in Christms Carol. All we need now is Snow, Bob Crachet and the changed Ebenezer Scrooge, who became that story which makes Christmas 🤶 come alive.
Merry Christmas one and all
The lady working in the Levis store (her name is Karina) was the loveliest person I have ever come across. She helped me out so much and I have never met anyone so kind.
Quintessential British "Old Style" Department store, similar to what Debenham's used to be like.
Spacious, light and on Several levels (Top floor having a Spa & Facial department).
Good selection of quality products available and an ideal place to purchase Gifts 🎁
