Visited De Courceys Manor on the weekend for a wedding, and stayed the night in their on-site cottages. Stunning venue and perfect for the wedding. Food was amazing and staff were very accomodating, too.
The cottage was spacious and welcoming, with everything you needed for a one night stay.
A big thank you to Katie who served us, and was very helpful when I had issues with my card being accepted when buying some drinks.

On the 29th April 2023, Lucy and I had the pleasure of tying the knot and celebrating our marriage at the remarkable De Courceys Manor. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional, and we are thrilled to share our heartfelt review.

With their unwavering support, we were able to confidently entrust them with the responsibility, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joyous occasion.
Throughout the planning process, we had the pleasure of working closely with Lewis. His sharp wit and incredible sense of humour instantly put us at ease during our initial consultation. Lewis's extensive experience in the hospitality industry and personable approach gave De Courceys Manor a distinct advantage over its competitors. His meticulous attention to detail ensured that our wedding day was nothing short of perfection, surpassing even our wildest dreams.
One of the highlights of our celebration was undoubtedly the culinary experience at De Courceys Manor. Renowned for their gastronomic prowess comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants, we had high expectations, and they were surpassed with flying colours. The delectable cuisine provided a culinary journey for our taste buds, leaving an indelible impression on our guests. The chefs truly outdid themselves, and we cannot express our gratitude enough.
We were incredibly fortunate to have favourable weather, allowing our guests to fully enjoy the enchanting garden areas as well as the elegant rooms within the manor. The newly built garden area, combined with the meticulously maintained grounds, provided a picturesque backdrop for our special day. Our talented photographers were able to capture breathtaking moments that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. The serene ambiance and immaculate surroundings only enhanced the magic of De Courceys Manor.
In conclusion, our experience at De Courceys Manor exceeded all expectations. WOW!! That sums up our wedding day and experience with De Courcey’s Manor.
Myself and my now husband got married at De Courcey’s on 3.6.23.
The whole experience from when we viewed the venue in July 2021 all the way to our wedding date, De Courcey’s have been absolutely fantastic in every way.
Lewis and Abigail were our main contacts and were always happy to answer our questions and reassure us when needed.
The wedding day itself was seamless from start to finish. The co-ordination, the arrangements and service from all staff was amazing.
One of the most important things about the day, the food! The food was delicious, from the canapés, to the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet. We are big foodies and De Courcey’s exceeded our expectations with the quality and quantity of the food. Guests were also very impressed with the quality of the food.
So many of our friends and family have made comments about how staff were so attentive and accommodating to all guests.
The Prep and pamper room was really enjoyable and such a relaxing pre-wedding evening and wedding day morning. It was lovely to have Prosecco whilst in the hot tub listening to some music and relaxing. Beds were all comfortable, great facilities, and breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Lovely location and looks a great wedding venue, I booked whilst working locally for work and didn't realise it would be empty and no food, however I'm sure this was mentioned somewhere but I booked via a 3rd party, there's info of local pubs etc to eat at but I ended up getting a pizza delivered, pretty sure I have the whole venue to my self, cottages a good size and done nicely

WOW!
When hunting for our special venue for our wedding day, still to this day 2 years later my new husband and I cannot get over the feeling we felt when we first drove up to De Courceys Manor. We both had butterflies in our stomachs and still feel like that today.
From our first meeting with Lewis, he was AMAZING. There are no other words we can use to sum up how amazing he was/is. Nothing was too much for him & he would answer all our questions that we had. The advice he gave and support we received from Lewis and the team around him was mind blowing. During the time of us wedding planning, I fell pregnant had our baby girl, and fell ill which resulted in me being in hospital a few weeks before our Wedding. Lewis and his team were so accommodating and supported us throughout. We provided them with things we would like and Lewis and the team at DCM got it done. They were fantastic, so understanding with our circumstances at the time and supported us through every decision.
Fast forward to our special day, everyone was wonderful. Abi, Nicola, Lewis and the rest of the team was so polite and helpful. Again, nothing was too much trouble for them and they would always make sure that we and our guests were happy. Lewis helped with the groomsmen putting on the buttonholes, Nicola (Hoping that we got her name right) to helping me with my shoes and dress. Abi being an all rounder and checking in on me and my bridal party the morning of our wedding.
The food was AMAZIING! Absolutely delicious, all the guests still are talking about the food nearly a month on! Also, everyone are still staying how amazing the day was thanks to the staff at DCM.
We could keep writing about how amazing the day and staff was but we would be here all day.

As a wedding photographer you get to see a lot of venues (and taste a lot of wedding day meals) but the food at De Courseys stands out as one of the best. Really lovely venue that look after the couple, guests and photographers. The options and locations for bride and groom photos are also really varied without having to go too far at all.
Sunday lunch..lovely food ..well cooked, tasty and hearty portions. The staff were excellent could not fault them and the room layout makes it very special.
I recommend this venue.
If you go please be respectful..no trainers, jeans, shorts or other such attire. Keep it special and dress smart .
Superb venue, service & food. Booked our daughters wedding here. From time of booking through to the event the leval of service and attention to detail has been perfect. Lewis and his colleagues have been exceptional. The food of the day was excellent. Absolutely nothing to fault totally recommend anyone to trust their important day to these guys
Great wedding venue, with staff really set up to help guests.
Some lodges available for pre booking but not enough for big weddings which meant we had to go elsewhere to stay which stops this getting a 5star review.

From the moment we looked at De Courceys as a venue for our wedding day you and the team have all been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and there was always someone available to help, you genuinely cared about our wedding and what we wanted.
Our day was incredible, as was the food (including the seasonal vegetable risotto)! We have received several compliments on both the venue and the food.
We loved every second of our day and want to do it all over again!
