First visit to Gina's cafe today after walking by many times. Quick service and very reasonable price. Delicious masala dosa! Lovely shabby chic room upstairs, relaxing, comfortable and great view of Cardiff castle.

I wish I could have tried all their drinks. Blow my mind after the chai drink, I really want to know/remember what I had that day. The tea name starts with a "C", I never heard of it and still couldn't get an idea after smelling the leaves. So they are very nice and made me a small sample. I ordered and love it, still craving for it after I left UK for 6 months. Will definitely tell everyone who goes to Cardiff try this place.

Found this cafe by chance but excellent food with very fast service. Its opposite Cardiff castle so great views. A nice shabby chic place with friendly staff/owner. The karak chai is a must. The masala dosa is probably the best we've had in UK. Will definitely pop in again next time we are in Cardiff.

It's so good in here! So cosy and many tasty and good priced options. Definitely need to come here again and explore more.
I was also always interested in this cute corner cafe but the size put me off.
But this busy and very wet Saturday we needed somewhere to dry and warm up.
This place was perfect with fresh Arabic Coffee, delicious Saffron tea and Green Gensen tea with some honey chapati.

I'd been meaning to visit Gina's Cafe for a while but the small space put me off - so you can imagine how surprised I was to find out there was plenty of space upstairs!
I had the Ginger Milk with the Masala Dosa. Both were new to me, and both were delicious, and I can't wait to pop back and try even more. The service from the lovely staff was great, and if you're looking for somewhere different that's more relaxed than you're usual coffee shop, this one's definitely worth a shot.

Had a paneer wrap, not a traditional dish I'm sure, but a fantastic combination. Also tried the kanak, which was also great. Charming decor with patterned wallpaper, and the top floor has floor-cushion seating. Nice stag, nice food, nice surroundings, very cheap, what's not to like?
