Absolutely love this place. Spend most of my time working out of their coffee shop as the atmosphere is great, the staff are chatty and super friendly and as I’ve very recently discovered it’s not just that their coffee is world class, the gelato blew my mind. Hands down the best gelato in town.

Cheesecake covered with chocolate syrup that forms a mold is a heavenly choice!
Tuna melt toasties were really good. Velvet cheesecake was amazing. Very friendly and professional staff.

Came here around 11pm since I fancied a coffee after a show at Utilita or whatever the arena is called this week, and it was great all around. Aside from the fact that it's amazing to have a café that's open so late, the coffee was really good, the staff were lovely, and the dessert was delicious. I'd love to come again during the day to try their food menu.

My favorite spot for coffee, also both the food and desserts never fail to delight. It's a fantastic place for studying or meeting friends as well. And the staff are very friendly. I only wish it stayed open until midnight every day.

Cute little place with amazing hot chocolates. We also had some brownies but they didn't rock our world. Service was brilliant and a really lovely chilled atmosphere. Will be back for certain

My 1st time trying Brü and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and accommodating, carried my heavy tray upstairs for me, the coffee was delicious and they have pour in cream a must for this American missing half and half. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which includes booths and a sofa upstairs. I will definitely be back for coffee and to try the gelato

Loved the hot chocolate.
I ordered Belgian hot chocolate and it was so creamy,smooth and perfectly sweet.
The cafe has very warm and cosy vibes and I believe is a good place to hangout and amazing coffee

Great little find which appeared to be the only place open on Easter Sunday.
Great coffee, lovely loose leaf tea, nice bagel and a good Welsh cake.
Never heard of this chain before but I’ll make sure we will be back.

Been here lots of time now. Lovely ice cream and good cakes. Gorgeous toasties, superb milkshake and lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Definitely a place for a quick stop off in the city centre! Really friendly staff. Lovely, relaxed vibe. Really nice.
