Fantastic cookie dough, waffle pops and amazing gelato! Stopped by this evening after work. The staff are extremely helpful and really friendly! The place looks fab with loads of extra seating upstairs. Will 100% be back! Thank you guys!

My 1st time trying Brü and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and accommodating, carried my heavy tray upstairs for me, the coffee was delicious and they have pour in cream a must for this American missing half and half. The restaurant has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which includes booths and a sofa upstairs. I will definitely be back for coffee and to try the gelato

Loved the hot chocolate. I ordered Belgian hot chocolate and it was so creamy,smooth and perfectly sweet. The cafe has very warm and cosy vibes and I believe is a good place to hangout and amazing coffee

Great experience, really nice place to chill and sip a nice cup of tea with friends. Was very happy to find it open when all other coffee shops were closed after 6. Thank you! Recommend the Biscoff cookie dough! You will not regret.

Great little find which appeared to be the only place open on Easter Sunday. Great coffee, lovely loose leaf tea, nice bagel and a good Welsh cake. Never heard of this chain before but I’ll make sure we will be back.

Been here lots of time now. Lovely ice cream and good cakes. Gorgeous toasties, superb milkshake and lovely place to sit and watch the world go by. Definitely a place for a quick stop off in the city centre! Really friendly staff. Lovely, relaxed vibe. Really nice.

Amazing selection of coffees, teas and cakes. The cheese toasties are to die for and upstairs seating is great to sit and watch the world go bye. Friendly staff and good location if staying in nearby hotels.

Great Atmosphere, Stellar Staff and Biscoff Pancakes which are unreal !!! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you to Lewis, Richard and Annie for always making us feel at home.

A little gem of a find! Beautifully decorated, very trendy and a lovely place to take some quiet time out of the hustle and bustle of town. Serves lunch, dessert and ice-cream at good prices so perfect if you can’t make your mind up! Waiters friendly and the menu has plenty of choice too. The best is it opens late! Would definitely recommend a visit. 5 stars.

Amazing place! Lewis and the rest of the staff are amazing, always get incredible service, really tasty sweets and every experience is personalised and friendly. My favourite coffee and dessert place by far, would highly recommend!
