We visited this quaint hotel recently for lunch , I had the fish and chips, the batter was so light and not at all doughy, my daughter had a baked potato with salad and it was deliciously fluffy, the staff were very good, all in all it was an enjoyable lunch.
Had a meal Friday night and breakfast Saturday morning and once again a meal Saturday night , very nice once again, will be back, thank you
Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. Location was really good with an easy walk into the centre of Cardiff through the park.
Room could have done with more hanging space.

Absolutely lovey atmosphere. Staff so accommodating, especially Karin. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a table and everything we needed to make it comfortable for us.
From start to finish amazing customer service. I broke my back l can walk with a stick. Needed a table and chairs to watch the rugby game.
They made sure l had a seat to sit in we tried a few. They went over and above to make me comfortable. We arrived at 1 and left at 6 had a fabulous day food drinks was lovely thank u l will be coming back.
The supervisor Caryn was excellent. From the moment we walked in on a busy rugby day she was extremely efficient and caring and tried to get us a table and somewhere comfortable. She kept checking in on us. We observed her work and she did not stop. She took on every role that evening with much care. Amazing!!!!!! Rarely these days thay you are met with such a high standard of hospitality.
Stayed here this weekend, the room was lovely, spacious and clean. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help us. We definitely recommend this hotel.
We had a two-night stay at the Beverly Hotel and really couldn't fault it. The onsite parking was a bonus, it's ideally located for the short walk into Cardiff.
The hotel was clean, the food very good, the staff were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful.
I will be recommending the Beverly to anyone I know wanting to stay in Cardiff.
Have stayed here a few times, always our number 1 choice when visiting Cardiff. Great value for money with their meal deals, free parking and they don't hike their prices up when there's a big event in the city. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere in the pub, and we always look forward to the Irish breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the fact that it is dog friendly is a bonus !
Love the Bev, it's become our homely local. Staff work their socks off and are friendly, the range of drinks are great. Doesn't matter what day of the week it is, there is always a nice atmosphere and a good number people there, which speaks volumes.

I am sorry but I cannot say The Beverley is a hotel, it is HOME in Cardiff. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The food at the bar/restaurant is very delicious. I look forward to be back here.
