I can't believe that I have walked past this quaint little gem of a place multiple times and landed up in a big chain coffee shop.
Tucked away in Queens Arcade just under the stairs, on the Hayes Street side of the Mall. This little café exudes charm in the tastefully arranged decor, with just the right mix of cosy corners and tables and chairs to suit every mood.
From the row of delightfully whimsical teapot lampshade hanging from the ceiling to the mouthwatering selection of cakes.
This has become my new favourite place to hang out with my friends

Good food, pretty clean sauce bottles were a bit dunged up needed a wipe. Staff were very nice and friendly. The prices were moderate but worth it for a nice quiet cup of tea and a sandwich :)

Was very quiet here on a Monday afternoon. Friendly and courteous staff, tasty shortbread and good cuppas. And I really like the quirky teapot lights.

Lovely coffee shop with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Coffee was well made, served nicely hot and tasted lovely. Toast was very nice, served already buttered and cut. Service was friendly and efficient and the shop was tastefully furnished and very clean.

Must be one of the nicest places to eat . Staff were lovely. Food was too. Nice cuppa. Makes such a difference when you go into a restaurant and are made very welcome.

Really tasty food! The bread was super soft and the sandwich was filled perfectly. The milkshakes are also really nice. Felt really safe too.
