Excellent and swift service for the laundry we had following our children’s visit. The bags were picked up and delivered the following day.
Staff were helpful and the washing was done in 30 mins. Be aware though that self service washes are cash only, and if you normally pay using a device (not plastic card) you can't get cashback at Sainsbury's either, which was a bit awkward.
A small machine (which is about double the size of a domestic one) is £6 for a load.
I used the collection and delivery service as I have a busy life and work from home. They arrived promptly to take my clothes and returned with my clean and fresh clothes all neatly folded on the same day around 4-5 hours later. Very impressive but a little bit expensive considering there is no collection and delivery charge for me (I live nearby). (£25 for one big bag around 6-7kg). I would still recommend them and may use again if need as the service is great.

Been coming to this laundrette for a month or so now and it's by far the nicest I've found. The staff are all really friendly and will give all the help you need/leave you to it to read a book if you've got one. (Generous medium) wash and dry for a tenner, there's a telly to keep you occupied, and comfy sofas. No funny smelling dryers here! Always very pleased with wash, price, and service. :)
Very convenient and clean, you can use the washing machine and the dryer for 6£ each, washing takes 30 min and drying 40 min. They provide pods for 50 p or you could bring your own. You can spend the time waiting in one of the many cafés nearby for example drinking tea and reading a book. I can recommend Waterloo or chai social, but there are many more to explore.
We took two bags of washing to Launder room today. There was a back log of washing in the shop and the nice lady asked us to leave the washing with her and come back to collect two hours later. We came back to two bags of clean and carefully packed laundered clothes. Really pleased with the wonderful service.
