This Starbucks had recently closed for seven days and to say you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone would be an understatement.
Over the seven days of closure I visited two other Starbucks stores near by who managed to get my very simple order wrong and then also forgot I had ordered and payed for a drink.
The Team in The Brewery store are kind, caring and fantastic at their job.

Went to this Starbucks today and got a limited edition Halloween drink! Cherries and cream! Was quite yummy but perhaps not worth the £5.05! Still, the service was great and the queue went quickly. Glad I tried the drink, but perhaps I’d only recommend getting the tall not the Venti as it’s better value for money :)
Friendly staff, great coffee/food, and a nice place to just unwind and relax. This starbucks ( brewery quarter, st mary street ), is dog friendly. You can take your dog/dogs, big or small, inside and sit down, or sit outside. They even have a bowl that they will fill up with water for your dog/dogs, just ask for the dog bowl. Highly recommended.
This is a 5 star review for Dylan that works in this branch. My friend was a little drunk on Saturday and she came in to use the toilet, Dylan was so helpful and he poured her a water as I wanted to try sober her up. He didn’t hesitate to help. A little kindness goes a long way. Thank you Dylan :)

We went to 1 Starbucks said 24hr we arrived it was closed, found 1 on the high street, I am so glad I did, it was lovely and clean al the covid measures where upheld, lovely little Cafe.
spoke to a lady called Jess, I mentioned to her that it's my grandsons first visit to Starbucks, I will defiantly visit this 1 again, they went above beyond.. Thank you Jess and Rhys for making Ollie's first visit a lovely memories..

We use this Starbucks on a regular basis. The staff are always polite and friendly, drinks made promptly and they are always as asked for. This particular visit I was served by Jorge, Harvey and Rob who were all very attentive and served the drinks (and snacks) with a smile.
I've had such pleasant experiences with this Starbucks location.
It is small and has a cosy atmosphere, which is perfect for studying. The opening hours are long too, which is a bonus for when I'm studying.
The baristas are so friendly too! Connor, in particular, was lovely, and gave everyone little samples of the new Christmas coffee blend.
I've also come here to pick up Too Good To Go bags. The service has always been quick, and I've always had a good selection of food items in the bags! :)
Angharad was very helpful regarding the app as I didn't understand the difference between the points and the stars. I claimed my reward on the app. Very happy with the experience. Plus my coffee is still hot an hour later!
Friendly staff. They usually have my favourite baked goods there
It's a shame staff are 'forced' to work (or at least that's how it felt from their attitude!)
